Vaudois wines, shared enjoyment!

Welcome to the website of the Vaudois Wine Office, a cantonal organ promoting wines and Vaudois vineyards.

The 9,500 acres of Vaudois vineyards are divided into four areas. Each corresponds to a specific topography and climatology. Vaudois wines are terroir wines, mainly Chasselas (68.65%), Gamay (10.94%) and Pinot Noir (11.51%), based on which our county’s 28 Appellations d’Origine Contrôlées (A.O.C.) were elaborated. By making the most of the richness of these terroirs, new specialties are created to be discovered and enjoyed... So Vaudois vineyards are emerging slowly but surely as world-class vineyards!
